License agreement for using the site

This Licensing Agreement sets forth the terms of use for materials published on the website of the Ukrainian Science Hub Journal, issued by the Private Research Institution “Ukrainian Science Hub”.

1. Terms of Use of Materials

1.1. All materials published on the journal’s website may be used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, unless otherwise specified in a particular publication.

1.2. Users are permitted to:

  • copy, distribute, reproduce, and adapt the materials;

  • use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes;

provided that the following conditions are met:

  • proper attribution of the author(s);

  • a citation of the Ukrainian Science Hub Journal as the source of first publication;

  • an indication of whether any changes were made.

2. Author Rights

2.1. Authors retain their personal non-property rights to their works in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

2.2. All materials are published with the permission of the authors and in accordance with the Agreement on the Transfer of Economic (Property) Rights signed between the author and the publisher.

3. Liability

3.1. The publisher shall not be liable for:

  • any potential violations of third-party rights committed by the authors of the materials;

  • the content of external resources linked within the articles or on the website.

4. Amendments to the Agreement

4.1. The publisher reserves the right to amend this Licensing Agreement.

4.2. The updated version of the Agreement becomes effective upon its publication on the official website of the journal.
