Review process
The editorial board applies a double-blind peer review system, ensuring objectivity and impartiality in publication decisions.
1. Initial Editorial Check
Upon submission, the editorial team verifies:

compliance with the journal’s scope;

adherence to formatting requirements (structure, references, language);

absence of plagiarism (checked via specialized systems);
-
novelty and scientific significance of the topic.
Review period: up to 5 working days.
If the manuscript does not meet minimum requirements, the author receives a notification of:

rejection, or
-
request for revision prior to peer review.
2. Sending Manuscripts to Reviewers
The manuscript is sent to two independent reviewers holding academic degrees (PhD or equivalent) with publications in the relevant field.
Double-blind principle:

reviewers do not know the identity of the authors;
-
authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
Review period: 10–21 days from submission to reviewers.
3. Review Criteria
Reviewers assess:

Scientific novelty and relevance of the topic;

Logical presentation and structure of the manuscript;

Methodology and reliability of results;
-
Correspondence of conclusions to results;
-
Quality of formatting (style, terminology, references);
-
Ethical considerations (absence of plagiarism, conflicts of interest, etc.).
4. Reviewers’ Recommendations
Reviewers provide the editorial board with a reasoned recommendation:

Accept for publication

Minor revision required

Major revision required

Reject (with explanation)
5. Author Notification
The editorial board sends the author:

a summary of peer reviews (without reviewers’ names);

reviewers’ comments;
-
editorial decision:

Accepted without changes
-
Returned for revision

Rejected

Revision period: up to 14 calendar days.
6. Re-Review (if necessary)
In case of substantial changes, the manuscript may be sent for a second review:

to the same reviewers, or
-
to other independent reviewers.
7. Final Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief or editorial board makes the final decision based on:

reviewers’ reports,
-
authors’ responses and revisions.
The author receives a formal notification of acceptance with an estimated publication date.
8. Reporting and Transparency

All reviews are archived in the journal’s internal database.

Reviewers may receive a certificate or acknowledgment for their contribution.

Typical review period: 2–4 weeks.

Average time to the first decision: 4–7 weeks.
